Cancellation Policy

We strive to serve as many customers as possible without compromising on quality.  This is only possible if our clients notify us when they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Due to the increase of late cancellations and no shows, no exceptions to our cancellation policy will be allowed.

For appointments rescheduled / cancelled MORE than 48 hours prior - no fee charged.

For appointments rescheduled / cancelled WITHIN 48 hours of the booking -

  • $50 fee charged for appointments under 1 hour​

  • 50% of total booking price charged for appointments more than 1 hour

If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be liable for the total cost of the booking.  Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid this scenario. We do ask our clients to respond to this reminder as soon as possible or let us know if you're unable to attend.

Late Cancellations and No Show fees must be settled before your next appointment. You will be informed via email of such charges.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

For example, a gift card issued on the 16/03/21 will expire at 11:59 PM on the 15/03/22.

Online Orders

We do our best to have stock at all times however, from time to time, we may sell out (particularly in the case of limited edition products). All products ordered online are subject to availability.

If an item isn't in stock after it is purchased we will let you know when we have it back in stock and/or find you a similar product. Alternatively, we can provide a full refund.

  • you would like to confirm whether an item is in stock prior to purchasing

  • you wish to change an order after it has been placed
